Randy Holl
President and CEO
Randy has led the development of high technology systems for 35 years across a wide span of technology sectors. Trained in physics and engineering at MIT and RPI, he is a serial entrepreneur and has participated in several prior startups and early growth companies. Randy has also held top-level executive business and technology positions for major product and service companies including FIS, Hyperion, E&Y, IBM, and Harnischfeger Industries. In his early career, Randy served as a qualified submarine officer in the U.S. Navy. He has received numerous commendations including the Harnischfeger Chairman’s Award for excellence in innovation.

Eric offers LSI expertise in the areas of process, operations, and sales. He brings over 30 years of experience in high volume line manufacturing drawn from the publishing, trade, and commercial printing industries. Eric has directly supervised over 60 staff in three-shift, 24/7 operations. Based on his experience in international sales and purchasing, Eric spearheaded the sales and introduction of a new product line for a Switzerland based company’s entry into the US market. He is responsible for all aspects of business management, production planning, scheduling, and plant operations at LSI.
